Nice clean room, most of the time there are no staff on property but they respond immediately when you contact them.

Like most of the places we’ve stayed in on this trip, there was very limited counter space in the bathroom, it could’ve used a wall unit with few shelves, so we didn’t have to each take our toiletries in and out every time we went to the bathroom, we could’ve just left them on our own shelf. A few luggage racks would’ve been nice too so our suitcases didn’t have to open on the floor. Other than that, it was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Porta Castello Suites! The location was perfect - close to everything. The room was clean, bathroom was spacious, and the AC worked great. The staff was very helpful (usually by email/Whatsapp). The breakfast croissant and coffee was perfect for us.

Room was great; very clean and spacious. Close to a lot of things to see and lots of great restaurants

This was probably our favourite accommodation out of the 4 places we stayed at on our vacation! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the a/c was strong. The bathroom was beautiful with a great shower to get refreshed after a long day of sightseeing. The coffee and croissants are such a nice touch. We had one each morning. :) There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it's very close to the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. There's a great gelato place right across the street. Highly, highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Vatican and St. Peter's, The Colosseum is about a 15 min taxi ride away for reference.

Clean rooms, air conditioned and staff was well accommodating

Great location within walking distance of Vatican City and other attractions. The service was great and staff were very attentive and helpful.

Very beautiful room and helpful staff

Very clean, friendly staff, and convenient to local shops and attractions.
