First of all, there is NO STAFF on this property! You book, and then you find out all this. They supposedly email the door codes. I never received an email. I called the phone #-no answer. Leave a message.. HORRIBLE!!
2) STATES THEY HAVE PARKING... THEY HAVE 2 SPOTS! for 6 rooms.. or you park on the street at $6.00/hr.
Terrible terrible!
I am reporting them to the Key West Chamber if Commerce and the Visitors bureau and the Better Business Bureau.
I filed a claim with Hotels.com and THEY were unable to get in touch with the owner of the property so they DENIEDy claim for a refund.

만족해요 I liked the old house vibe. Bed was great. My only complaint’s would be the water pressure in the shower (very weak) and the sink backed up.

This is strictly a sleep and go “hotel”. Not recommended for traveling families with kids. Very outdated, however, I come from humble beginning so I was fine after traveling 3 hours. One word to describe it is “character”. Not worth the money. Room felt stuffy and humid. Bathroom is very small. There is no parking which is terrible in these narrow Key West streets.

The pool/hot tub is was very dirty and scummy. It jets like a hot tub but never gets hot. Bikes were mostly broken and not operable. Carpet in the room felt grimy and almost damp. Furniture in the room was torn and gross.
The positives were that the AC blows cold, the beds were comfortable, and its close walk to Duval st. That’s it.

Made a pet reservation and ended up on the second floor, carpet was awful and sticky/dirty. Very dated which is a little cute but in the end they need to keep up with it more. Beds were comfy, not the cleanest. 5 out of 10. Would not stay there again.
