Car full of luggage and I must’ve interrupted the staff having a cigarette break as I emptied the car into the hotel before they came to help. Took up the option of valet parking which it turned out the car was reversed 2 metres in the street outside instead of being parked in a secure location. For this I was charged €45. I complained about this the next day which I received a shrug Of your staying at this hotel and driving there do not let them park your car or you’ll get ripped off

I would love to visit again

Hospitality was awesome, rooms were beautiful, and the pool and spa were so nice! Centrally located between all the shopping and historic areas and felt very welcomed!

Charming hotel built in the 1890's and beautifully remodeled. Easy access from the train station and then very walkable to all parts of the historic downtown area.

The staff in the dining room were great, the front desk were helpful also. Though the manager seemed a bit ticked off when he was alone and had to get our backpacks out of storage!! The room was really nice, expensive, but real nice. That being said there are no amenities that you can’t get at a 2 star hotel unless you are interested in the basement spa…there are no free drinks, or coffee outside of the room and the free loaded mini bar is a joke(2 Toblerone bars & 2 waters) The location is good but bc the hotel is rather small you don’t feel like you’re in a special 5 Star place!!

Very nice hotel and staff was excellent. We booked a Jr Suite with river view, which was plenty large for France, however the road below is extremely busy and very loud. There is also very limited privacy in the bathroom. Shower is wide open and the toilet area has smoked glass providing limited privacy.

Friendly, helpful stall. Beautiful rooms. Short stay, very nice property.
