The room cleanliness was good. Some restoration required to the wallpaper which was peeling off in parts and cleaning required to the curtains which had large stains.

Property really tucked away in hẻm which are small alleyways but good thing is it’s walking distance to the beach

Beach close by, however no sun beds and not really much space to lay down. You can get beach towels at the hotel. Sea dirty due to many pipes coming straight into the sea. Breakfast ok, but very greasy dishes every day. Eggs cooking lady quite unfriendly. Lost my key card (with hotel name and room number on it), asked receptionist to give me a new one and block the old one. She said she will block it. Later I found the first key in the street and they both worked to open my room. It is just not ok! Anybody could find this key. Also very high steps to go to reception with a luggage. Pros: clean, nice view, close to bus stop and sea.

Nesta Phu Quoc Hotel was nice enough. The breakfast could use a little improvement, but the rooms were clean and the front desk was helpful. There's a lot of construction in the area as they are almost finished building a new hotel in front and another one next to the hotel.

The hotel was very close to the beach and in great condition! I would stay there again. There is however lots of construction going on around the hotel that was a little unpleasant.

Pros: good location; friendly, helpful staff; clean and comfortable; plenty of natural light in the room, and lighting in the bathroom; a reasonably good buffet breakfast; free bottled water daily, plus tea and coffee making facilities; towels provided for the pool or beach (not just one, but two per person). Cons: swimming pool inadequate size for the number of rooms; often no hot water at peak times; no proper shower cubicle in bathroom, making it more of a wet-room.

The rooms were great. They were big and spacious. The people were real nice. A lot of construction going on around but not too bad as far as noise concerned. The only thing that concerned us was the pool. It could have been cleaner. I have a pool and when it is cloudy I know I better get it tested. My wife didn’t think there was enough variety on buffet especially for western people All in all it was nice and it was close to most things.

Lots of construction sites around this area. The owner and reception are not willing to assist you to change rooms due to "Hot Season", despite the fact that the room may be not be comfortable up to your need.

The hotel is quite new - rooms are large and decorated nicely. However the noise from the construction sites next door and in front is awful - so too was the noise from other guests and rooms as there is very little doubd proofing . Breakfast was hit and miss - plenty of Asian choice but limited Western - and they kept running out of things. Bread for toast for couple of days but no butter - butter but them no toast bread only French stick . Then larger toaster broke do only a 2 slice toaster for whole of breakfast service !!! No condiments on tables. Not enough cups and glasses. Plenty of fruit. Had big trouble trying to exchange £ - they said they only change $ !!! Although clean see to the beach there is only local beach bar that allows you to use dubbed free - they have no cushions just wood and often they are all taken by 7.30 am ! Overall our stay in this hotel was very disappointing and we would not return nor recommend it to anyone. Most guests are Asian or Russian
