Honestly, I did not feel welcomed at all during my stay. interacted with all three receptionists, and perhaps only one seemed remotely happy to help. This experience does a disservice to the Best Western brand, which I've previously associated with higher hospitality standards. To be fair, the hotel and its facilities were great -what you'd expect from a 4-star property. But if you're someone who values warm, attentive service, you may walk away disappointed after speaking with the staff. Having traveled to over 10 countries, this stay really made me question whether l'd choose Best Western again. Il'd like to believe the lack of hospitality was due to the staff working over Easter, but even then, that's not an excuse for being unwelcoming.
I sincerely hope this gets addressed. Tourism in Georgia is still developing, and this kind of experience isn't the way to leave a good impression on travelers.

Beautiful big room, very clean and a wonderful bathroom, seemed newly renovated with an excellent flow of water for the shower.
First class waiters in the dining room both for breakfast and one dinner. A big choice for breakfast with a very tasty Georgian salad freshly made. Dinner was delicious, excellent work by the chef. Wine and drinks were a bit expensive.
A special thanks to the front desk manager and the receptionists who helped make our first visit to Batumi memorable.
