The cleaning staff helped me with the house and room code to get into the property. I would have preferred to receive these by email. The flat number was in no 3 which is opposite to the large no 2 building, I would have liked to know that before hand. Otherwise everything went well.

Didn’t get to check in. Had our apartment changed last minute and address given was not as described. Contacted the host and had no reply. Had no refund in over a week as well as just being ignored

Poor communication before our stay. I sent two messages in the few days before arrival without reply. It took two telephone calls and messages left before my calls were returned. Then communication was good. This is a 'house of multiple occupancy' with people living in it. Shared kitchen with dirty pots in the sink. I had a message complaining about me doing low impact exercise at 8:15am, not unreasonably early. The room was ok but certainly not luxury! There is a fridge but no kettle so you have to go down to the kitchen and then carry the hot drinks back up the steep stairs. There was a bath towel on the floor instead of a bath mat. Would we stay here again?? No. The only plus is it's location if you are going to Wembley.

We stayed in room 5 which was very spacious and clean. Nice modern room with tv. Check in was very easy and car parking space on the drive was £12. We went to a concert at Wembley which was a short uber ride away. Would definitely stay again.

Great property in a super location. Only a flying overnight visit but would have liked to have stayed longer. Perfectly located at a handy distance from Wembley stadium. Studio had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend.
