Such a pleasant place to stay with a wonderful bar and cafe overlooking the beautiful pools. Excellent restaurant. Very helpful staff.

Not told ibis was under renovation and main stuff closed food is costly a $20 bottle of wine is $71 no water in room no microwave bed not made coffee and tissues not replaced basic expensive would not recommend

This is a solidly three-star hotel. It's clean and convenient to the airport and that's all it has going for it. We got there after midnight and were left to find our own way to the building/room in the dark. Not great.

The room was really small (although I was expecting that) but it was good for an overnight stay and really worth it for access to the lagoon pool which I'd been wanting to go to for ages since it opened.
