Staff is friendly. Overall good experience.

I had a very bad experience day1. They gave me a smoking room inspite of my booking for a nonsmoking room. It was stinking. When I asked them to change the room they mentioned sold out. AC controls were not working In bath room, shower was not working. I had to literally sit under the tap to take bath. The tap was positioned such a way that I cannot sit under that without bending Kettle was not working When I complained, staff not even felt sorry. Simply said, we will change your room for day 2. I could not sleep whole night due to stinking bed sheets and pillows. Day 2, they changed my room and it was ok. Overall, rooms are very small but expensive I demand the hotel to repay room rent for day1. Indeed they should compensate my whole stay , if they care about customers.

Good hotel, great for the budget

My stay was extra ordinary. Staff were extremely courteously especially the reception, security, breakfast attendants and those in housekeeping. Breakfast was amazing Rooms were spacious and clean

The room is small but but the bed is comfortable. The shower fades in and out. It is inconveniently situated. There is no decent restaurant nearby so the hotel expects you to eat its overpriced, mediocre food. The staff was not helpful

Outstanding
