Beds were comfy.
Meals were good value at the hotel. Also a nice cafe and restaurant nearby.
10 min walk to the Tempe train station was handy.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

1.the handbasin in the ensuite has a stuck plug. Water remained in the bowl for 4 days
2. No black tea in the outside area, only herbal tea
3 there was no hot water this morning on my last morning. Had to have a cold shower
4. I couldn’t change the temperature on the room airconditioner. 25 degrees was too hot for me.

Incredibly friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy what more can you ask for. Bar was great and the food they served was both delicious and reasonably priced.

The room smelled like urine, covered by perfume. I spoke with the manager, who confirmed this was the case, and after an offer to stay at no cost, which wasn't feasible given the smell, she kindly moved me to another hotel, 5 minutes' walk from Tempe Hotel, fortunately.

The room was clean but small & thd bed was very soft. We didn't know which doir to enter for the hotel so we ended up in the bar. We asked if they could order a taxi for the morning but said they do not do this service. They said we can search the companies & choose one of our choice. How are we to know a reliable taxi company?
