Very accommodating !!!

Dislikes- No TV,1 plastic chair only,Very dark room, had to pay a extra 350 pesos for air conditioning which surprised us,there was a torn ugly spare mattress lying against the wall !

Excellent people, the owner marce Is very nice. I absolutely recommend Townview to all my family and friends. I have a very good stay there. I look forward to stay here with my Family members next year. Thank you townview staff.

They need to study how to run a hotel. Almost got no assistance. They even forgot about our booking!

My family did not get the room I reserved for them. The hotel claim that we didn’t have any reservation with them even tho we showed them the confirmation number and email. They also claim that they did not received any confirmation email. My family was given instead a guest room which is the only one available that sleeps two people instead of six. No water in our room and they turned off the light on us when we were at their roof top. They didn't told us about the cut off time or closing time of the roof top if there is any. No receptionist at night when we need something. No receptionist when we checked out so we just left the hotel without talking to anyone. All in all I did not get the room reservation I purchased and instead got a much lower class of room. Looks to me that the hotel cheated us on our reservation and may have gotten the full payment from Hotel.Com instead of the cheaper room they gave us.
