Customer service -10 out of 10! The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, I brought it to the attention of the guy at the front desk. He came up, verified it didn’t work and told me he is not going to do anything about it. Hours passed and the heat was overwhelming so I asked to speak with management. The guy at the front desk refused to call management then left for the day. After unsuccessfully trying to contact someone on the number provided and through the Travelocity app, I decided to borrow the portable fan from the front desk for the night. The following morning on my way in from breakfast, the say guy confronted me again about the situation very disrespectfully. Feeling frustrated I cursed at him and only then he involved his manager. I tried explaining to the manager my frustration but instead of de-escalating, he started cursing at me then contacted local police to have me trespassed. By then it was already checkout time so I didn’t wait around for him to return.

The location was exceptional, as it is right near the leaning tower. The receptionist was helpful by allowing us to leave our backpacks before check-in time. It is located above many restaurants. The room is clean and air conditioning is functioning well. However, the photo that advertised the place conveys the impression that our room has a frontal view of the leaning tower. But we have to poke our head out of the window to see the tower. That said, it is still an excellent choice for our visit.

The property was clean but was not as seen in the picture as we were deceived by the picture which shows the front view of the Pisa Tower. There was no smart tv in the room as the tv in the room was outdated with all Italian channels. The staffs and the air conditioning was good but there was no water provided and also no coffee was provided as well. There was few tea bags and sugar but again there was no milk. Overall it was ok standard but over priced in my point of view.

26 steep stone steps to reach the room. Seniors and others will have trouble climbing these stairs to the room. Why is this major factor not included in the hotel profile?

Very helpful staff. We could leave our luggage in the Living Room after we had checked out due to our late flight.

Fantastic location, staff really helpful and friendly. Room was in excellent condition. complimentary of water, would be nice touch for anyone stay .

This hotel was quite a surprise. Our room had a direct view of the Tower of Pisa, The service was very good and the lovely girl who clean our room was always there trying to make sure we had a everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem is that there is no place to leave luggage if you have a late flight/ train and we had to leave our stuff in the entrance hall of the hotel. Not a big deal for us, but as a family of 4 with quite a lot suitcases, we blocked the hotel entrance that is very small!

Excellent location with great view of the leaning tower. Friendly staff; let us leave our bags with them a bit earlier than our check in time.

Nice room. Literally opposite Pisa tower and very close to airport. Nice eateries and bars close by. Room was quite hot so had to sleep with windows open as no fan provided in room.

Very hot room, full of mosquitoes.
