Not quite sure why this was highly rated. Room and overall property appeared clean but the shower did not have hot or warm water, and the air conditioning was weak (took hours to cool the room down and they only gave us one keycard meaning we couldn’t cool the place while not there)
The worst part however is that we were in one of the rooms facing the street and could just hear loud traffic all night while trying to sleep. The curtains were also poor at blocking the streetlights from lighting up our room overnight.

I had a fairly good stay.
The a/c wasn't cooling the room as it should have and the construction noise from next door seemed to be right on the other side of my wall. It was very loud, at times.

Next to hotel is fixing or upgrading building so that making a lot of noise during a day time. Hard to rest. Stayed there 4 nights. Not daily supplies were provided unless you asked for it.

매우 훌륭해요 This hotel was absolutely amazing. The positioning of the hotel is simply impressive—perfectly located with shops nearby, an easy walk into the town centre, and excellent access to transportation via the MRT in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Everything about the stay made it convenient and enjoyable, and the location really adds to the overall experience.
Lonely Traveller Productions really enjoyed staying here—it was just amazing, and definitely a place we would return to.
