Quiet, well appointed, fantastic staff, wonderful breakfast, and within a stones throw of St. Marks Square. Absolutely WONDERFUL. For Venice, this is a clear winner. 20 stars if I could.

Breakfast was lively, service was outstanding, location is in very close proximity to best shopping, San Marco Square, Basilica and Doge Palace. Also very close to grand canal boat port. All the way around amazing!

This was a perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully.
