Conveniently located near Utsunomiya JR station. Many food options. Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent spa area. Friendly hotel staff.

Great location for the public transports and eateries. The property is very clean and comfortable.

Very modern, clean, extremely helpful staff. Location adjacent to JR train station, next to Light Cube Conference facility. The staff were super helpful accommodating my personal need for feather-free pillows etc which is often a challenge when traveling in Japan

The WiFi didn't work and the excuse the staff gave me was that my computer was an older model. I have never had any trouble with any other hotel before nor since.

3rd time staying here. Connected to Jr utsunomiya station. Corner twin room spacious , and bed pretty good. However breadfast does not really change and staying 4 nites can be tiring. Onsen is quite good, with an outside pool. Use this hotel to visit nikko as jr local train is so comvenient. Also use JR to travel tohuku region like sendai n morioka.

Very clean, great staff, great spa!

The room was well appointed and very clean. The staff were helpful and it was nice to have our bags delivered to the room. The hotel is al so very handy to Utsunomiya Station making it a great base for exploring.

Very convenient to utsunomiya station with shopping and food options. Good place to stay with gender separated sauna and bath areas

The room was good. It seemed like an older hotel. but it was nice

Staff were courteous and helpful. Service was efficient and thoughtful. Efficient check out system was a good idea. Having the spa was a great experience. Easy access to the station made our trip enjoyable.
