Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad

Room was very small and inconvenient, in contrast to what was shown in its site. No lobby and the entrance was looking at a second hand tire shop. No continental breakfast, rather a tray of sample foods.and so on

Great place, really convenient to Istanbul Airport in every way

Good

I have already said that the service is impeccable. The staff are friendly welcoming and helpful. This is the hotel to stay when in transit

Close to Airport

This hotel provided an excellent service. We got picked up when our plane arrived and dropped off when we were leaving Turkey. I was able to stay connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, they responded promptly to every message of mine. We were offered a wonderful opportunity to go to Hagia Sophia by using the hotel shuttle service for 100 euro which covered the round trip. The staff was super helpful, offering us complimentary bottles of water. The room was clean, they provided everything we needed. Breakfast was good. There was an issue with our second day breakfast, but they quickly changed my plate. Huge thank-you to everyone who works there and makes guests' experience so wonderful!

My parents stayed for one night they liked the staff.

Great hotel

The relation price / quality (of service) is great. The staff has been very efficient n kind specially for the airport transfer (bought directly from Expedia). Much before arrival & during arrival, they had messaged me (WhatsApp) constantly even with video n pictures! Unforgettable pleasant experience. For my traveling alone & transit in Istanbul, it was a great experience, highly recomendable & congrats to Alina & coworkers for excellence job!
