We needed a refund for one night after our flight was changed. The staff initially seemed very cooperative and told us they would process the refund once we checked out. However, after we left, they denied the refund despite what we had been told. It was disappointing to receive conflicting information and left us feeling misled.
During check-in, we were also told that our room would have a view of the Eiffel Tower. However, once we got to our room, there was no view of the Eiffel Tower at all. This was misleading and disappointing.

We stayed on the 36th floor and could see the city well. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well equipped, and the elevators were quick and efficient. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The area wasn't great for restaurant or shopping options. Unfortunatley, the pool was closed for maintenance. We ate at the restaurant once. The food and service was good.

There was no fridge in the room so all our drinks turned warm specially because the room was super warm (A/C wasn’t working) couldn’t sleep because of that. Pool was also not working. The hotel is pretty but if you walk around the area it does feel a little bit unsafe specially as a woman!

The hotel rooms are very spacious compared to Paris standards. The rooms have AC, there is a pool and a gym.
Very comfortable stay, the staff was great.
Two metro stations very close to the hotel.
It isn’t a center of Paris hotel so it should be considered. Other than that, it’s very good.

Convenient though not centrally localed. Very great staff like at the breakfast room, I couldn’t eat much and the attending staff were so kind to offer a continental breakfast at a lower price. Out of the box service.
Reception was always crowded & took time to clear the guests.
Security not consistent cos there was a strange lady who wanted to go upstairs but didn’t seem to be a guest. I refused to tap my card to give her access. There was no security checking on her..
May need to employ more chamber staff cos though I didn’t expect daily room cleaning, some stuff were not tidied considering I did some packing up each morning.

The room was clean and modern with nice wooden floors. The metro station is one minute from the hotel and the train station is 15 minutes away by foot. The lobby staff are always busy because of a constant inflow of guests. However, they speak English and the check-in is easy once you get there. There are a pharmacy, supermarket, and laundry very close to the hotel. It takes about 20-30 minutes from hotel to get to the touristy sites. Nevertheless, I think this is a great place to stay for the price for those willing to work a little to get to the heart of Paris. The air conditioning works well, particularly in the recent awful heatwave.

The only stagf there that was helpful and professional was a gentleman named Guy. Everyone else was rude, unprofessional and not helpful. I said good morning to a few staff and because I spoke in English, they chose not to reply but instead just pointed me in a direction.

When we checked in, we were given a room that has not been cleaned at all. I complained to several staff members and didn't receive any help nor any attention. More than half hour later and after yelling at the manager, they finally provided the assiatance.
There are several other problems with the property but those are minor compared to the above mentioned terrible problem.
The bottom line is, I will never visit this hotel again, and I adivse everyone to stay away as well.

Terrible service- AC issues and evening shift supervisor Malik and someone spoke on phone Mady was so rude- no courtesy’s- only Rym and Rabi was good - even though we ypgraded to delux room no better service- no breakfast had to pay $90 euros for no reason asked to get a call back from manager never got a call- had to use two fans at night can’t sleep . The area and building is good but very poorly managed -
