Staff was extremely unhelpful when i arrived Sunday before my original booking date check in of Monday. They originally told me they had no rooms. They were insistent about this. Then I got on Expedia to check for the one night and it would be available if I had booked two nights. I was already confirmed for six nights. They could not understand why this was frustrating. I would be staying a total of seven days if they would add the one extra room night, but they couldn’t comprehend creating a reservation for just one night when a two night minimum was required. There was definitely not a language barrier here. I even showed them on Expedia and asked and insisted they contact the hotel manager. When they did so all of a sudden they had a room available, but it would be at a much higher rate than what Expedia would offer me since it would be only for one night. Again, the logic here is insane. I was staying a total of seven nights. All I was asking was to add an additional room night to my existing reservation, which they refuse to do. I needed to stay that night as i had 4 pieces of luggage, had already taken train and uber to get there.

Overpriced 3 star hotel. Most expensive and worst hotel in a 15-day trip in Europe. It would be a very nice hotel for usd90 bucks or less. But it is totally overpriced.

매우 훌륭해요 If you don’t want to stay in central Rotterdam. Ibis style is the place for you. Close to a shopping mall and the Rotterdam ahoy. The hotel itself has young staff that are happy to help

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel was spotless and smelled wonderful. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options and everything was well kept. Parking was a bit pricey, but overall, it wasn’t a big issue. We loved our stay — 10/10 would highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

Yuck. Horrible room first smelled of raw sewage second had eyelashes stuck to latter for bed. Bunk bed was dirty and unusable due to food debris in bed. This room clearly has not been cleaned
