Very nice hotel the pool and breakfast were very good not to mention the free shuttle bus to Kia Tak MTR station and shopping malls. I will stay here again on my next visit for sure.

Hotel looks beautiful and was clean. Some staff were extremely helpful and others struggled to smile. Staff standard wasn’t consistent. When we arrived there was a large group event and we weren’t greeted very nicely. When booking the hotel we were told we would have a gift on arrival and no pets were allowed however the opposite was true. Very disappointed we sometimes had to dine with pets as my mum is allergic.

The room and facility are all good, it's clean and convenient. But the biggest problem of the hotel is noise. The air conditioning noise is really loud. The noise from corridor can be very penetrating, I was awakened by people talking loudly in the corridor in the mid-night. The hotel door is definitely lack of sound insulation. If you are light sleeper, it's not recommended.

Initially there were cleanliness issue with our room - the front desk apologised and offered the change the room since we have not un-packed. At the end they actually upgraded our room which is great

The hotel is new and clean.

Room is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel room rates with breakfast, is a good breakfast

1. I checked in this hotel on midnight of July 3 and payed for my stays. When I checked out on July 5, I wanted to change the payment. The guy in the front desk refused it because of hotel's policy. This hotel can accept the payment change during one day. I have never experienced this kind of excuses. 2. Cleanliness is not acceptable. Dust is easily found, especially in bathroom. 3. Working people in front desk are not nice. Whenever I plan to travel, I make a choice of hotel listed in Expedia.com, which has always given me a good experience. But, this hotel doesn't. I am not going to use this hotel forever.

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, great location close to the stadium

The room setup was lovely, but what really stood out was your staff. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel celebrated. It made our trip truly unforgettable. We really appreciate your care and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.

New property with a bit small, but modern rooms.
