Amazing pool and rooftop bar

The Pullman was absolutely perfect in everyway! The rooms were spotless. Each and every staff member were professional, Kind , warm and friendly. Amanda, decorated my daughters room with balloons, flowers, a personalised card, a soft toy and confetti in 18 shape on my daughters bed along with free breakfast every day for my daughters 18th birthday. Very Generous!!!! The location is brilliant! Thankyou to all the Pullman staff we will be back!!!

Room was small but this is normal for Singapore. Immaculately clean and maintained. Breakfast had good variety. Staff were always polite.

Lovely hotel in a great location. I was disappointed that the rooftop pool and restaurant were closed from 1st June for a month so was only able to use for a couple of days.

Great hotel with amazing views from rooftop pool and bar. Wonderful breakfast with great choices available to suit all.

A lovely new hotel, walking distance to Bugis, Clarke quay and other amenities. Excellent pool and club room

Helpful staff, great hotel

2nd stay within 2years. Great service and very helpfull and welcoming staff.

Good location, great staff, comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Not to forget a beer at the rooftop with an amazing view!

Nice hotel, but I would expect more from a "5 star" hotel. The rooms are far too small. The room I was given (634: a deluxe King) actually was a PULL OUT BED (Bed settee) and not even a proper bed. Not what I expect from a 5 star hotel. The legs of the bed at the were metal and stuck out and I banged my leg several times. Also, the reading light above the bed was blocked by the canopy of the bed, so useless, and the fram of the bed made it impossible to reach the light switches without getting out of bed. There barely any hanging space and only 6 coat hangers and ZERO storage for the rest of your clothes, no drawers! Also, no mini bar, just an empty fridge. How is that 5 star? The gym is accetpable but small and limited equipment. The staff were very good and did offer me a different room but I had already unpacked by the time I mentioned it and didn't want to pack again. Nice enough, but would not stay there again
