Berkant was vey helpful and nice. The hotel is really clean, quiet and nice. This is my second time here.

그저 그래요 Zero assistance from the bell staff. İnan ignored my luggage at check-in to stay on his phone, and failed to assist again during a rainy checkout forcing my taxi driver to step in. Extremely poor service that falls well below basic hospitality expectations.

This used to be one of my favorite hotels in Istanbul, but İnan, the bellboy, is a liability to the property. He is loud, intrusive, and repeatedly crosses guests boundaries.. including mine. His conduct falls below basic hospitality standards.

Check-in was disappointing.. The receptionist, Adem, was not welcoming and initially assigned an uncomfortable room. When I asked to change rooms, the request was declined without much explanation. Once I contacted the manager, the situation was handled smoothly and professionally.

훌륭해요 Staff is good. The rooms are clean. However the location is not good. You need transportation/ taxi to reach any tourist destinations. There is no tourist location in walking distance.

The hotel offered comfortable accommodations, friendly and attentive staff, and a convenient location that made exploring the city a breeze.
