I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Clean room, spectacular location, absolutely fantastic family. They were very accommodating when I showed up earlier than expected when I was supposed to show up at 6am coming off a sleeper bus from Hanoi, but instead took a tour the day before that dropped me off in Tam Coc at 9pm (I paid for the entire night just so I wouldn't have to wait to check in).

The hosts Lily and Tom took excellent care of us and helped to arrange transportation to and from their homestay, which is in an excellent central location just off the main street

Location: perfect, very very close to everything ( restaurant , massage, hair wash , pharmacy , mini market ) Room : clean , comfortable, Bathroom: clean , enough place , some wear and tear Laundry ( they provide service ) very convenient BF : home cook , good size , order the night before , enough for the morning Host : very fast to reply Roof top : nice view but need cleaning and réarrangement, it s does not looked like the website s picture Overall , it s was a very good stay ( just don t expect a 5 * hotel 😀 Communication with host is very fast 😀 The roof top need q

This property is in a great location, being 100 yards off the main street, so its nice a quiet. Tommy and Lily are wonderful hosts and their kids a super cute. The property is very nice, very clean and you cant beat the location. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying there.

Tommy was a generous and gracious homestay host. He kindly offered me a top-floor room with magnificent views of the karsts. The location is perfect: close to all amenities, yet quietly set back from the main road, making it an ideal base for exploring Ninh Binh’s attractions. Breakfast was punctual and cooked to order by Lily. The varied menu and delicious dishes made each morning a treat. The breakfast area, set in a charming front courtyard draped in greenery, added to the relaxed start to the day. I actually came across Tommy while researching how best to explore Ninh Binh and ended up joining his motorbike easy rider tours for two days. With no prior motorbike experience, I found the rides thrilling while feeling completely safe throughout. The tours naturally take in the famous highlights that the world is starting to discover, yet also include exclusive lunch stops and hidden alleyway gems that only a true local can reveal. In summary, Tommy handled every aspect of my stay with care. I leave Ninh Binh satisfied and already looking forward to returning.

There are a million wonderful things I can say about Tam Coc Moment! Tommy and his family are amazing, kind, and generous! We were staying at another home stay when the power went out around 9PM. It was too hot for us to be without AC, so we left in the dark. I booked Tommy last minute and he rushed to the home stay to take us in. Tam Coc Moment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Tommy gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other things. I also really like that the home stay is removed from the main road, but still conveniently located in the middle of town. If you are planning a trip to Ninh Binh definitely stay at Tommy’s!

Lily and Tommy went above and beyond for me during my stay. Great location, air conditioning and Lily cooks a mean breakfast. The hospitality was unmatched!
