The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We appreciated having both a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The location isn't very close to the beach, though you'll still need a car unless you're comfortable with a fairly long walk. You need a car to get around to other restaurants, although they have one at the hotel. Overall, we had a good stay, but a few details could be improved. One of the windows did not block the bright outdoor light properly, making the room much brighter than expected at night. We ended up covering our eyes trying to sleep. We also found that the air conditioning unit was positioned very close to the bed, so the airflow and noise were directed right at us. We had to sleep under the covers to avoid it. It was much too hot outside to even consider closing it. The bed itself was on the firm side, and I could feel the metal rods, which may come down to personal preference. However, the bed frame extended well beyond the mattress, making it easy to bump into. I hit my knee on it several times during our stay. Aside from these minor issues, which should be relatively easy to address, everything else was fine, and we enjoyed our 2-night stay.

The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool is nothing like the Expedia picture and that was disappointing.

I was kinda iffy about the hotel,but I was completely wrong. Its truly amazing and the location is close to all. Shopping, food,excursions and the beach. Which r all close by and can be reached by foot if u like walking. Not to mention,mr groupers restaurant is attached to the hotel. The food was/is amazing.. 9.9 out of 10. Oh,the rooftop pool is amazing. The view from it,gives u a chance to see the shoreline and skylines of turks with plenty of space to relax on a chair they provide on the deck. My room was so cold and refreshing to come back to from the outside doing anything. Its spacious and very clean. It comes with a fridge and microwave that came in the handy. I totally forgot. The fisy fry is on Thursday's and theres plenty of food vendors,drinks and souvenirs to go around.Lastly,Jenny was/is amazing. She will help u from the time u arrive to the time u leave. Anything u need she will do her best to make it happen for u. Whether its to book excursions, reservations for mr.groupers or even a pillow. She will take care of it for u. She made my stay truly amazing and special for my 44th birthday. Thank you mr. Groupers and Jenny. Turks owes me nothing...

The hotel was amazing! The rooms were well maintained, clean, and quiet. The staff were very helpful as well. The AC was also very helpful and nice for the warm temperatures. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms holds all amenities needed. EG: (in room safe, Fridge, microwave, etc. Restaurant on site has a great menu and restaurant staff engaging and helpful. Overall great customer service.

Excellent, clean, and sizeable rooms, nice rooftop pool, parking for your car, good food at the restaurant, and a party every Thursday for the weekly fish fry. Also really close by car, and otherwise a doable 20 minute walk, to Grace Bay Beach and the rest of the spots attached to it.

This is a True Gem!!! A lot of people won’t want to stay at a resort but the Suites of Mr. Grouper’s is Great! A five minute walk to the beach, can see the beach and a beautiful view on the rooftop pool; which is beautiful by the way, a great restaurant “ Mr. Grouper’s “ amazing food and don’t sleep on the Alfredo pasta so GOOD! spacious CLEAN room with everything you need, nice clean well kept and safe property and awesome customer service!!!!! We loved it there. This trip was for my husband birthday and we truly enjoyed ourselves. It was another great restaurant maybe a block away froggies and we all so enjoyed the wonderful fish fry which consisted of great food, drinks and live music! I so recommend staying at the suites of Mr. Grouper’s and we would definitely stay again! Thanks to everyone there!
