Great staff, welcomes you with a big smile and ready to assist. Sunday Gym times are a bit strange, i checked in around 1pm. The Gym was not accessable.

It was a very good room with spacious king bed. A nice balcony. Clean and prompt room service. Staff was friendly and responded well on time to any requests. Easy parking. Property being huge, a bit of a walk required.

Good hotel with plenty to do, rooms are bit old not sure why but clean and service is spot on even when I checked in at 11:50pm.

Nice and huge property but staff not adequate.
The reception is terrible. Poor communication with the guest as well as their internal staff. Really need to work on that aspect.

The Gym equipment are new but the build is not well maintain.
Schedule for shuttle bus to Amanora mall is hidden, hence not encourage for use.
