만족해요 The place is good but needs some changes; the shower, for instance, was very weak—it took a long time to bathe—and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning wasn't powerful enough for the entire space; it only worked well for the bedroom! Aside from that, everything else was fine: the location was perfect, and the parking and neighborhood were good.

Prime location for sure but not attention to details. AC in one of the rooms doesn't work, the fan and TV in the same room doesn't work. Wifi is terrible and casting was our only option. The door by the main room closet is broken. The people who lives in the apartment next to it looks homeless.
Shower was super dirty but thankfully I brought clorox with me and cleaned the bathroom. The portable AC unit that's in the closet is from 1987 and doesnt have the hose.

The property was clean and the A/C wes good. But the dresser was missing knobs and the stools were broken. Only one glass cup was there . I called many times to expand my staying one more night, I got the answer a couple of hours before I checked out. It was too late.

I must say this place is a "DUMP"! I had a reservation for another location (See my 5-Star review of Fernando Flats) but they were booked for the prior day, so I had to select Singer Island Inn as it was the only option on Expedia.
WOW It is rundown, beaten-up and unclean. When we arrived the apartment smelled like weed! There were dead roaches and everything was dirty (see pics). The place is very small and can only accommodate 2 people. Many floor tiles are chipped, broken closet door, kitchen heating elements are burnt, and the sink water pressure is a drizzle, to the point that you cannot wash your hands or brush your teeth.
I gave it two stars because the A/C did work, shoer had hot water and decent pressure and the bed was comfy, but for what I paid which was more than Fernando Flats, I will never come here again!

The room was not as pictured and it smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, despite being listed as a nonsmoking room. We stayed at a different place for our trip but were unable to reach the property manager and were denied a refund. The apartment was not as described and we did not stay, but we have been saddled with the full bill. Do not stay here.

The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow

We had to wait for 2 hours to check in. The bathroom sink was clogged and leaking day one , contacted the office but it never got fixed. Very nice location, great access to beach, clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price if you don’t mind few issues.

Room was not clean at all. Found cockroaches in the shower, shower wasn’t clean- hair and sand in it. Mattress is sitting on the ground and is very dirty. Overall terrible stay. Genuinely the worst place on singer island
