They lost our reservation and had to stay in an hourly place till I booked another at a different hotel

The room is has not been kept up as the mattress sags into the frame. No flush button on the toilet and so you have to reach into the hole into the tank and press the button in the tank. The bidet is leaking as well as the shower head and the spinner mop they supplied us with did not spin to dry the mop. Happily saw only one roach and it was dead.

The host was not too friendly.

I am truly disappointed with my 3nights stay @ this hotel and I hope with my review could make a difference to customers who will one day stay in your hotel and I hope with this review and testimonials pave the way for some changes or resolution on what I experienced during my stay… First of all the room is infested with cockroaches, I had to kill a few of them to show the manager how these critters occupy the room. 2nd..the wood panels under the bed that hold the mattress are not properly installed and the couch’s cushion next to the bed is just like hard board and a report to the hotel manager went into deaf ears. 3rd,the musty odor of the room needs to be addressed…I have relatives and friends who are interested in staying here as the convenience of the location makes it easier to book, but I do hope that the above rants could be looked into…,

Great for privacy as you're renting a condo and not necessarily a hotel room. Check-in was a bit complicated because there isn't a traditional hotel like front desk. But now that I know the check-in procedures it shouldn't be too difficult next time.

Need more improvement, clean the unit, pest control and aircon was not cooling

The worst i ever stayed for 4 days. Cockroaches, no wifi, line up for elevator, no change and cleaning for 4days. No communication between room and reception to at least communicate my needs.

Please, please, please do not stay here.

After jumping through many hoops to contact the host everything went well. This information should be on the fist sheet of the contract. It was latent and took a great amount of time to search out.

Elevator many times it’s not accurate
