This hotel is very modern and clean. I was there during warm weather (July ~80 degrees) and the air conditioning worked very well. The metro station ( U bahn) and the tram station (S bahn) is a short and easy walk away. The only downside is that the neighborhood is not very picturesque. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Vienna.

In the business district but still places to eat and supermarkets nearby.
Metro very close so excellent connections into the centre of Vienna.
Very clean and well maintained.
Room bigger than average with air con.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast adequate.

We had a very large size room. It was clean and fully equipped. The receptionist was extremely helpful and always very pleasant. There was breakfast every morning and coffee and pastries anytime. The subway was also a short walk which was convenient. I would highly recommend.
