We used this little hotel as a day booking before an overnight train to Sapa. Perfect choice! Lovely staff, sweet room, complimentary drink on arrival and 3 minutes walk to the main train station!

만족해요 Road was closed so could not access the front. Booked a room for 6, but there was only 2 beds. The staff said the 8,4 year old should share beds with the 4 adults. Charged an additional $20/night for a cot even though the room was paid for 6 people through expedia.

The listing for this hotel was very misleading as it said it slept 6. When we arrived this was stated to be if the 8 and 4 year old shared the queen beds with the 4 adults. This should not be listed as sleeping 6. They brought a cot, but charged N additional $20 per night for the cot. Would not recommend for more than 4 people.

It was great welcoming with upgrade for our room and free drinks. Communication was super easy and english level of all staff were great and they were super friendly. Only issue is the construction next to the building. Just because of that it is a bit hard to find the entrance. I would stay there again. Fully recommended.

훌륭해요 Close to train station. Great place to stay until your overnight train to Sapa. The rooftop cafe is amazing! drinks and view are great! Room is clean.

We booked 2 Bedrooms Apartment which was perfect for us. Hotel isn’t far from Old Quarter and very near to Train Market. The on going construction of subway makes this property peaceful and quiet during our stay. Thank you, Hanoi for your hospitality.

The room is small. Shower and toilet are together, so everything in the washroom is wet after a shower. Most important of all, hot water in the shower only lasted 5-7mins.

I got the apartment, but it's too big for one solo traveler for short term. For more than one person + mid to long term, it should be good, the standards almost meet the western ones.
