The staff made their best of an average experience, the room was unbelievably hot even with air conditioning

Good staff

Staff were great after forgetting a bag in the Uber we used they help me retrieve it with minimal hassle.

Breakfasts so well

Its clean room.

For the price we paid, there's really no coplaints about anything. Everything works.

This was an okay hotel to stay at near the airport, however we did not receive the room we booked (a triple) as "there were none available", and instead got a twin room with a "garden view", which was a view of the fire-escape. The room was very small and was quite a bit more "dingey" than the photos of the property would have led us to believe. The hairdryer only worked for 5-7 minutes at a time before overheating and turning off. Overall, we slept fine and the room was ok, but not quite what we expected based on the reviews on Expedia and the photos of the property.

The staff, service and food were excellent

The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. The airport shuttle service was outstanding—always on time, and the driver was incredibly friendly and courteous.
