Although the room is clean, the facilities and supplies are limited. The room TV is not working, the front desk staff did not want to help or contact the IT, but only replied saying ‘I cannot help.’ The check in process was fast, except the staff had a bad manner and unpleasant attitude in communicating with us. We have been here for several years, and would consider a change next time.

만족해요 An okay stay however if any issues, the receptionist are somewhat unbothered and only willing to help when convenient for them. Breakfast is quite the let down with minimal options. The hotel although given a 4 star does not operate as one. At best it is a 3 star hotel but given the pricing relative to other hotels in Bologna, I guess it’s okay

The food they served was very good for buffet style. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. We had reservations for 2 nights but only stayed one choosing to do our backs a favor. The staff here was not as friendly and helpful as the other places we stayed while in Italy for 2 weeks. The amenities they advertised were very expensive to use. We had hoped to take a soak in the spa to relax but at 109 Euros for 2, it wasn't worth it.

Clean room and good breakfast. Bus #25 stop is located just outside the hotel, if you want public transportation. (Do not take #25A if you’re coming from the city center.)
