We were met by Doris on arrival who was the best. After making sure we had everything we needed she organised transport to the airport for us in the early hours of the morning and there was even a breakfast box for us to take as we left before breaky started. Doris shared her knowledge of local beach clubs and directed us to the Vitcom mall for a spot of lunch and shopping Da Nang style. The pool area was great as was the location.

Hotel is at right location, walkable distance from beach. However, one side of the hotel is facing sun. So, in summer heat that wall and glass doors of the balcony are so hot, that their Air conditioning can not handle that heat. The only solution is to keep the dark curtains fully covered the whole windows all the time. So, at this point, balcony, city view, ocean view all become useless as you can’t use any of this feature. After covering all windows, room still not cool enough after more than 4-5 hour of sitting in dark humid place. Bottomline, they need to change their AC units of that side of the building which directly expose to afternoon sun. Restaurant staffs are less accommodating too.

Breakfast was very good a few different choices each day I didn’t use any of the other amenities available so can’t really comment on them I asked one of the days I stayed there for my room to be cleaned basically they changed the towels and just made the bed with out even changing the bed linen ok other days the bed linen was changed bearing in mind I only asked for the room to be cleaned every other two to three days during my 18 night stay So basically a good hotel but the word luxury in the hotels name is open to question William from Wembley

Went for 4 nights stay and it was a good experience. -. The location was perfect just 3minute walk from My Khe Beach and surrounded by supermarkets, good cafes and restaurants. -. The hotel was always clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. -. The amenities are quite good, clean swimming pool and there is a gym (I didn’t use it tho) -. The breakfast was excellent with both Vietnamese and western options, all food fresh and well seasoned. -. My room was clean, wide. However the control TV had no batteries but didn’t use the TV. So happy got coffee and tea and water complimentary. It was a great experience and I am glad I chose this hotel as my accommodation in my solo trip to Da Nang!

Stuff was aggressive to sell the tours to us. And the breakfast was really below average, disappointed.
