Excellent service. They l work really hard to be excellent and they succeed. Not too much English which is typical of the area.

매우 훌륭해요 We really enjoy the staying at Sofitel. Only the drive way to the entrance is a little too narrow. Sometimes the car has to wait to get to the entrance.

A very nice hotel. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay for 3 days. The hotel is clean and modern with good amenities and conveniently located on top of a large shopping mall and at a location where it is quite easy to get a taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would have given the place a higher rating except that I had prearranged to pay for our stay in local currency. Instead the hotel charged our stay to our credit card used for deposit at the time of check-in, causing some confusion.
