We had a fantastic stay at Bella Premier Hotel & Rooftop Skybar during our visit to Hanoi. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street, markets, restaurants, and all the major attractions on foot. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with recommendations and travel arrangements. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day. A special mention to the rooftop area, which offered a wonderful atmosphere to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hospitality and service throughout our stay were exceptional. Thank you to the entire team at Bella Premier Hotel & Rooftop Skybar for making our Hanoi stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

Great staff truly, great service, everyone is polite, helpful, smily, something rare in Hanoi plus they have a great breakfast, you can do western or Asian, try the mango pancakes (more like crepes) they're amazing! I didn't like the tub next to the partition wall, soap goes behind the tub and no way to properly clean around it, a weird smell comes out when you're showering cause the water goes behind it :/

The staff were so kind and attentive! The room has everything you need. A comfy bed, AC, toiletries, and was very clean!

Petit hôtel situé au cœur de l’action. Le staff de l’hôtel est incroyable, aide pour la réservation d’une croisière dans la baie de Halong, le tout bien organisé avec transport aller-retour. Ils offrent aussi les pré-arrangement pour le taxis de l’aéroport. Bref rapport qualité super.

Wonderful staff was so welcoming for our 1 night stay in Hanoi. We were greeted with tea and banana cake! Cocktails and fresh spring rolls at the rooftop bar helped us get settled in. For this price range, the hotel is what you would expect. Beds are comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a bathtub. 😀 Great area of the old town!!

Very centrally located. Staff very nice. Hotel is tired around the edges. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of buffet choice although eggs and a few other options cooked to order. Overall if you want to be central and you get a good deal, it’s ok.

The room was very clean and the staff were fantastic and very attractive. I can really recommend this hotel centrally located in Old Quarter Hanoi
