Very very average. Lazy and rude staff. FYI there is only parking in a garage with only about 10 spots. I would suggest making other arrangements ahead of time n

As usual everything was great. It’s not the first time we stay at the Galaxy. The only thing we didn’t like this time is that the staff that was working when we checked in didn’t acknowledge us for a while. They were doing something in the computer and at least a “ we will be with you shortly “ would’ve suffice. At check out the staff was fantastic. Other than that I highly recommend The Galaxy Hotel.

Clean

Clean hotel and a great location. Usual toiletries that you expect a hotel to offer were lacking. No conditioner for example.

Room was extremely comfortable. The location was very central. Very clean and great hotel!

Super clean and spacious room, very comfortable. very good location, close to many restaurants and st pier.

Parking was a pain

The place was nice and clean, they should add like a vending machine for late snacks. The only thing that I didn’t like was the check in, I had to wait 15 min because it was at 3, I turned around. And there were like another 10 ppl waiting, why ??? It’s not like the rooms were not ready. I just didn’t appreciate that.

Hotel is in a great location. Walkable to everything we were there for, The BBQ fest at Vinoy Park, local breweries and restaurants. Fair price for parking. The Hotel lobby is welcoming with a cute little coffee shop and lots of natural light, the room however, felt incomplete. Nothing to gush about. Phone didn’t work in the room so had to go down to the lobby for three packs of coffee, no washcloths just shower towels, some outlets didn’t work. But the big thing was the exorbitant fee for early check-in even though our room was ready.

Property was in a great location, was not able to get coffee prior to leaving to the airport in the morning. Some additional amenities would be great.
