No estaba lista la habitación en el horario de check in. Me dijeron q espere media hora y ya eran las 16.30 hs cuando El horario de check in es a las 15 hs.

There is a terrible smell in the hallway. The shower water spread throughout the bathroom, so we had to make a barrier with towels to keep the floor dry, which meant we had to keep asking for more towels. The towels we left outside the door were never removed during our three-day stay. Also, there is a lot of underground and plumbing noise day and night.

Room was very dusty. Hallways had pipes that were at my head height so bumped my head constantly. One lift is not enough in the morning feels very slow and badly thought out

Apart having from a great location this is a very basic hotel. My room had no hanging space, or furniture apart from a bed. With a tiled floor and only a bed it felt like I was sleeping in a bathroom. Poor, would definitely not stay here again

Yes, I knew it was a no frills underground hotel but it was exceptionally overpriced for what you got. I paid £167 for room and breakfast (which was very basic). It was worth tops £80. The bed, is very low down, there is no door on the shower, so the bathroom floods, even with a bathmat, as that gets very soggy. There's no TV, no shelf to put your bathroom bag, no shelf to put little belongings, like phone and water, watch etc. I had to move rooms as the tube was very loud in the room. There should be a warning for the rooms that have that loudly. Location was good but I wouldn't stay there again, a shame. If cheaper, I would stay and put up with the bad things if had no other cheaper option.

The place was nice with basic amenities . I also liked the ironing room but some irons cause stains so be careful which you pick and test first. Staff were barely there - very inattentive. Gave looks when you didn’t know you have to register your check in on an iPad and looked like it was a chore to help. The place is underground which is an unusual experience. I found it a little frightening but would try again. Note that you can hear and feel the underground trains - this did not bother me. Good location and cheap place for a one-night stay!

This is the kind of place you stay at for the location. Otherwise it's dank and dark and damp. It has AC though which is important in the summer.

The room was perfect. It was just as advertised. If looking for flashy or even standard rooms not your place. Very clean black out dark for great sleep and clean beds floors and everything you touch.

The central location is perfect and on a budget, this is a good option. It does however feel like it’s a bit tired now, having stayed a few times in the past, this time I noticed the bathroom was not very clean, floor and grouting all quite grotty. The bin was very tatty and the bin bag is only about a quarter of the size of the bin, making rubbish difficult to get rid of. We had no hand towel and two shower towels, that had to last the 3 nights, they were very old and had stains on them. The air-con was impossible to work out, and the QR code to scan for instructions did not work. When we looked for a member of staff we couldn’t find one, previously I remember having a really good chat function that you had on arrival, but this wasn’t sent on this stay. Also you used to be able to make a hot drink in the reception area, this is now taken away which was very disappointing.

Amazing room, was abit dark but it’s fine for convinience.
