Smells like mould and damp. Yes it’s cheap. Cheap for a reason.

First night I checked into a room with poor AC, but staff was very helpful and moved me to another room with much better AC. definitely a unique hotel and experience may depend on which room you get

Lovely stay and even better after a long flight. Super cool atmosphere. They did want to charge per bag to check the bags before checking $15 pounds per bag. Early checkin thankfully was also an option. Super clean, very cool temperature wise and interest wise.

Staff were rude on check in when given directions to room. Room smelt of sewage and had a lot of train and plumbing noise, soundproofing was a problem generally as you could hear everything in the hallways and nearby rooms. No drinking water facilities in room or nearby. Ironing room had subpar equipment with plastic melted on it. Checked out ASAP. Not worth the money paid and wouldnt recommend.

If you want a dark simple room to get a good nights sleep, worth it.

We found the staff to be a bit unhelpful. Our room was noisy and we couldn’t believe we had to pay £15 for bag storage. The location of the hotel was great very central but for what we paid for the room we don’t think it was worth it.

Room was well appointed - with only minor (and easily rectified) maintenance issues - such a one of the supports on the WC Seat was missing & Gaffer Tape visible around Sink Plumbing etc. No Cup, Glass or Hangers provided - so bring your own if required. Breakfast Service was good / well presented - if a tad small potion wise - but still good value for London.

The whole hotel smelled like doo doo. We were on the -5 floor, the staff kindly tried to help and move us to -4, it got better but after a few hours the smell was absolutely diabolical. They really need to sort this. Never staying there ever again.

The room was nice however there was some problems we found. The air conditioning wasn’t working too well and we had found silverfish, which wasn’t very pleasant especially considering the price I had paid just for one night one would probably expect better. But over all it was clean and inhabitable.

The hotel was nice and clean . We just needed a place to sleep so underground didn’t bother me . The only issue was the aircon . It was a very hot day outside and despite having the aircon on full the room temp didn’t drop below 22 overnight . I didn’t want it cold but it was a a tad too warm . Staff really friendly and helpful.
