I was delighted to stay at Palazzo M
It’s in a prime location in the centre of Capri so very easy to get around
It is near à bus stop and taxi bank
Shops all close by
The service was outstanding
The hotel was clean and room service cleaning was impeccable
The reception team were always to hand to provide advice and help
I would recommend staying here and would return again

Hotel was in the heart of Capri Town, great spot with many shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Also taxi and bus service was very close which made exploring further parts of the island easier.
Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend to stay at this property!

The staff was amazing!! Really attentive. Fantastic location. The hotel is so beautiful, very pristine. More spacious and luxurious than their pictures indicate. The view of the ocean and the boats was stunning. Highly recommend

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Palazzo M Capri and had the most amazing huge room with a wraparound patio and ocean view! The interior design of this hotel is classy and gorgeous. From the minute we arrived, we had excellent customer service from everyone who worked there and we were treated so well. We also loved our dinner ordered to the room and it was honestly our best meal we had in Italy. The location is perfect and walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Capri.

This place nails everything you could possibly want in a hotel. The location is amazing, the staff makes you feel like a VIP from the moment you walk in, and the view? Forget about it. Some of the best food I’ve had is two doors down, and the shopping options right outside the front door are endless.

매우 훌륭해요 The room was so clean and the view was amazing. The location was so central to the town it felt very special. Even more so by the lovely staff, from the moment we arrived at the front desk to checking out. They even had folded and returned our forgotten item. They held our luggage post checkout while we spent the day exploring the rest of the island. I’ve never felt more comfortable and relaxed in a hotel such as this. I will always remember this and wish to return again!

훌륭해요커플 숙박객
The hotel room was wonderful and very clean. Location was great! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that we had an outdoor tub and the people waiting in line for the bus above us could all see us. Extending the sun shade a bit further so you have a little more privacy would be nice. Also, upgrading to soft close doors. There were only 3 rooms on our floor but we constantly heard the other doors slamming extremely loudly.
