Nice small hotel, ideal for a short stay. The pool is small but its a plus. Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel isn’t big enough to walk around and Location is in the middle of low raise residential area. The only problem i had was, the neighboring house had a Rooster that crows and affected my sleep at 5:30am everyday that i stayed even with the doors closed.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was stunning and extremely comfortable. The service from the staff was awesome, I stayed for a week and both Ame and Gigi were always there to say hello and check in with me to make sure everything was perfect and we’re happy to help and arrange anything I wanted to do. Location was perfectly between the Old Town and A Bang beach (both just a short Grab away) Thank you so very much! Highly recommend staying at The Grand Sunrise Palace if you ever visit Hoi An!

This boutique was absolutely gorgeous. It was the first hotel we stayed in in Vietnam and my daughter was in love! It was conveniently located and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. This hotel set the bar for all of my other stays in Vietnam. If you are going to Hoi An, stay here, you will not regret it. I will be back!!!

Kathy, was excellent and was always available to help with any questions. The team spoke English well which helped us for some of the activities that we had planned. Often I think would I stay here again or recommend the hotel to family or friends… the answer is Yes. We had a suite which was well appointed.

Very nice hotel with 2 pools. Staff is very helpful, Amy was very sweet. Liked breakfast and comfortable beds, nice and quiet at night time. Free shuttles to old town and the beach. Breakfasts had lots of choices. Overall the best hotel we stayed in Da Nang area in my opinion.

The hotel had an elegant feel to it. The staff was very helpful, especially Ame at reception. The service in the dining room was attentive. I also enjoyed the indigenous entertainment in the dining room in the evening is. The woman performing used traditional Vietnamese instruments to generate a soothe and calming vibe. The breakfast was quite extensive and covered a number of different palates. I tried their Cau Lau At lunch one day and found it to be very satisfying. The hotel provided complementary van transport to and from Old Town as well as to An Bang Beach. Overall a great place to stay and a great value!

The room was amazing! Good space, clean, good AC, no noise, no construction. The staff were all very friendly! Good breakfast with all you can eat!

The hotel was probably one of the best I have stayed in and it's the staff that made it that special. From the moment we arrived, they took cafe of our ever needs. The breakfast was just exceptional. Fresh Vietnamese and international food every day, including live bars. They even made you any coffee you wanted every day. Special shout to Ame and Jessie who were at our beck and call every day. I've never met a more caring staff. The hotel arranged everything for you. I won't ever stay anywhere else when in Hoi An and you shouldn't as well. Jusg exceptional. Thank you Grand Sunrise Palace, we will miss you.

Flawless stay! We loved the room and facilities especially the choice of two pools. Very peaceful experience on the hotel site including bicycle hire, rooftop bar and a retreat from the warmth in cool air-conditioned rooms. Good location for exploring the old town and beach with easy and quick transfers provided. Particular highlight was the excellent service provided by staff, particularly Jessi and Ame who were both very helpful and friendly, and really made our stay. Thank you both!!
