wifi on the floor i was on, as not working at all. front desk gave me acces to wifi from other floor. lights in the bathroom was totally out and maintenance staff had left for the day. front desk offered a room change but given we've been settled in, we gave it a pass.

The place is quite rundown. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you have very low expectations. Even though mine are already low, a few things prevented me from getting a good night’s sleep: 1. A strong smell of dust and humidity 2. Old and noisy indoor and outdoor air-conditioning units, regardless of speed or settings 3. No soundproofing 4. No light blocking Other inconveniences: 1. No wardrobe 2. The shower is basically in the room, separated only by a glass wall

The only elevator still in operation function since 1963. for 4th storeys Hotel building. Good Telco signal as transmiting station at root top.

Very pleasant place.. Vintage looking which is good that they maintained it well. Overall very happy. Worth it.

Nice plc, good service, the front desk are friendly n customer oriented... it would be good if theres a restaurant o 24hrs cafe..

We booked 3 nights stay. For the price of rm200 per night, we expect the hotel to be better. - Wifi was not working. - Hotel carpet is so worn out and unpleasant to walk on. - Bed linen is not very clean. - Extra blanket and pillow are chargeable. - Hairdryer needs to be requested. The hotel has the first elevator since 1963 (or so). Old is fine as long it is functional. We pressed level 3, the lift went up and down and eventually we ended up back at ground floor reception area. Imagine being trapped inside.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices and varieties were very limited.

Room condition is Terrible. Ants, Uncleaned cups, Rusty kettle, Flooding balcony, Dirty sheets.

Smelly room and bathroom. Dirty carpets, still had rubbish thrown around in the room from previous tenant when I entered. Limited TV channel options. Room took a while to cool down with air cond on.
