It was perfect for what we needed, nice and close to town, a large room and lovely ensuite bathroom and comfortable beds. The owners were great and allowed us access to the room early as we needed to get to an appointment. All round great.

그저 그래요 The noise was terrible all night – a loud rumble like a car engine, either from the boiler or water tank. Traffic roars through the open window and keeps me awake, but closing it makes the room stuffy. Everything else at this price point is great, yet I couldn’t sleep a wink. I’m really disappointed.

A pleasant stay here, the rooms were spotless, the beds very comfy and an easy bus ride straight into York centre.
Parking out the back, would definitely stay again
