This hotel has poor service, our hotel wasn’t stocked with hand soap and we only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and were told if we needed anymore products than what was provided we were being charged extra. The hotel room was dirty, very unclean and felt grungy. The floors were dirty, the walls were dirty and had stains of some sort all over the walls. It was a very disappointing hotel room. It was in a quiet neighborhood that had the essentials, and a 20 minute walk to the metro which was a perk. I recommend searching for something better if you can.

Uncomfortable bed, they don’t give you new towels unless you pay a fee - which isn’t specified on Expedia. The hotel reception staff are not friendly, and one member of staff wanted to enter while I was there in the room to change a leaflet, intrusive when I said why and can’t they do it when I check out

Room was okay, not very clean.

The staff (Francisca and the the gentleman who's name starts with an A were very helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed speaking with them. Very nice room.only concern was the cost todo your laundry found it very expensive.

Room met my needs. A little noisy at night due to traffic but ok. Lots of businesses close by. Metro about 15 minute walk.

My Wife and I went for a day in Paris to celebrate Valentine’s and we had a great stay at Odalys. Spacious room, clean, comfortable with an excellent reception always ready to respond. With a nice breakfast. There’s a train station only few steps away Also not far from arch de triumph and downtown.

Excellent all round. Fabulous modern apartment. Nice residential area but near shops etc.

Very polite stuff and Lindt sweets at the reception desk :) The room was bigger than an average one in Paris. Everything was clean. Easy to get to the centre using public transportation. Safe area around the hotel. Good groceries nearby.

very close to bus and Metro station. There's also a cafe/restaurant nearby. The place is clean, staff are friendly
