We cannot rave enough about the hotel, the quality, the staff, the service, the location Everything was top class - the service right from the welcome desk to the bar. everyone was friendly, warm, helpful, hospitable We loved our stay, and even though our anniversary did not fall on the day we were at the property, the hotel staff did things for us that surpassed what we might have experienced on the actual day. Thank you , we will be sure to stay here for all our future trips to Lisbon and also recommend this to everyone.

Liked the location, on site restaurant and clean conditions of the property. Did not like the up selling at check-in.

As there for 4 days with friends and was out most of the time. However, the hotel has a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel were clean and smart looking. Room was a little on the small side for a de-lux and would have liked a separate shower. Overall I’d give it 4.5 due to the nice staff and the location.

It was truly a dream to stay here! It smelled so good. The customer service was amazing! They surprised me with a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake for my birthday! Thank you. Forever staying with IHG!

Excellent hotel, perfect location, very attentive and friendly staff, and very clean. Loved the sauna and pool! Loved all the little details like tea time at 5, chocolate in room, front desk always there to arrange airport pick ups/drop offs, and to answer any and all questions. Breakfast was fantastic! Sooooo super clean too and comfortable beds. I highly recommend and will be back when in Lisbon!
