We loved staying at this location of Ari.

Junior Suite with Balcony was spacious at 40 sqm. The room has a lovely deep bathtub as well as the rain and hand-held showers. The bed and pillows were comfortable and lots of balcony space. The bar is located right next to the pool and is airy and open and our check-in and -out was easy. All staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

Low on amenities but for a good restaurant.

Chose this hotel because of aesthetics. The in-house restaurant serve great food and I enjoyed my dinner there. A big major bug is the location. Nearest BTS is Ari but is a 15mins walk. Hotel does provide TukTuk shuttle but while there is a hourly schedule, I was informed that it is not always the case and I need to inform front desk if I would like to use the service. The room was generally clean but certain areas are dusty. The air con was also noisy and temperature control does not seem to work as it was perpetually cold. It also felt very musky in the room.

The staff that worked as first contact with customers, were great. Very professional and courteous. However, the "gentleman" who actually checked us in was be bit more on the line of "why are you bothering me, you are beneath me." Check in is at 1500hrs, we arrived at 1430hrs. Since check out is no later than 1300hrs, and there were only a handful of clients, it bothered me that with an attitude, we were told to go sit down and wait until 1500hrs. No explanation, just go sit. I did not say anything to my wife who is non-confrontational almost to the point of fault. She wanted to tell him where to go and a few other things. I travel a lot, and the only time I have ever been "asked" to wait for a room, are hotels that do allow late check out, and they are full or close to being full.

We stayed 3 nights. The room was in good condition but there was no hot water on night 2 and morning on the day we checked out. That was very inconvenient. Had to take a cold shower. Breakfast buffet was okay. Nice fresh fruits but small portions on the a la carte menu.
