Wonderful place!

Great location. Elevator worked great for 3rd floor. AC worked great for being 99°. Shower was big and clean. 10/10 all around.

From check in to check out everything was perfect! The hotel is tucked away on a safe, perfectly located street just steps away from Trevi Fountain in one direction and the Spanish Steps in the other. At night we walked around and enjoyed all the nightlife which was such a lovely part of our experience! The room (305- 3rd floor) was very clean and slept 5 just fine. One in a sofa bed and four sharing two large beds. Air conditioning could be controlled ourselves which was nice in the summer heat wave! Shower was spacious, plenty of towels (including wash clothes!). Beds were super comfy too! The staff was very communicative and always responsive via chat or call. Check in was smooth- we arrived 4 hours late and they had everything ready for us to enter after hours. They helped us get a driver from the airport with a large enough van for 5 guests and 15 pieces of luggage… 90 euros/ good price). It was a bit of a walk from the terminal to the van (FYI for mobility concerns)- but that is just how the airport is set up. There was a constant supply of water available at the reception desk, croissants, coffee, tea at any time while reception was open. When we checked out, the staff was super helpful in getting us a cab large enough for all of us. We would 100% stay here again. Can’t beat the location and the staff was great!

A very nice hotel that is very central to a lot of great places. 5 minutes away from Travis fountain and the Spanish steps! Staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We had a great stay overall. The staff were very efficient and friendly and check-in was quick and smooth, which made arriving really easy. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. Check out was just as effortless, fast and hassle-free. One of the best parts of the location is how convenient it is. We were able to walk to most of the main tourist attractions without any trouble, which made getting around simple and enjoyable. A special mention to Loris, who was truly helpful and patient in answering all our inquiries. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service and an excellent, convenient location.

Advertised as having airport transportation but is actually an additional fee and more expensive than a taxi. We arranged for the transport anyway but the hotel was unable to find us a driver and let us know 2 days in advance we would need to figure out transportation on our own. They own 3 locations and we were placed in one near the advertised address. Not a big deal, but our tour guides picked us up at the original address about a 10 minute walk from our actual room. The complimentary breakfast is not in the same location but at a restaurant at the end of the street. This information was not relayed to us until day 2 so we missed one of our two breakfasts.
