Veldig fornøyd. Anbefaler hotellet. Vi bodde her i 5 dager. Vi gikk for det meste rundt i Hanoi fra hotellet. De ansatte var hjelpsomme

Not fantastic, okay place to stay, strange whirring noise in room at night (not aircon). Lift also broke during stay but fixed quickly, not entirely sure if was actually working. If you just want somewhere basic to sleep, fine and cheap

Terrific location! Lots of little shops nearby, and right close to a number of major historic sites. Once Reno’s are finished, it will be amazing

Room was big, clean, and spacious, perfect for what we needed! The best part of the hotel however was the friendly and helpful front desk staff! They were so kind to let us check in early and help us coordinate laundry, etc. The only thing I will say is we stayed on the 8th floor and on the 9th floor is a restaurant with karaoke that goes on til around 10pm. It didn’t bother us as we are night owls but just a tip for anyone who goes to bed early, I’d request a lower floor. Thanks again to the lovely staff and would definitely stay again if I’m in Hanoi again!

They were good and very respectful

Due to their guests are travelers and residents,the facilities are not very clean like towers are very old ,awful.Rooms get smelly .I don’t recommend this place

The staff is very kind and very helpful, we really enjoyed our experience. This was probably the best hotel experience I have had during my many solo travels in Asia. The staff, facilities, and amenities were top-notch.

Excellent hotel. Cleaned every day, tv and appliances worked perfectly

Great receptionists who speaks English. Rooms were dirty and smell like pee. We couldn't sleep becuase of the smell.
