Location was good, restaurants, shops and Pier are walking distance. Room was not that clean, floor and bathroom were sandy and sticky. Front desk staff was friendly but restaurant service was very slow and the food was not the best. Asked for towels and did not receive until hours later and having to call again and remind them.

The hotel is pretty and the rooms too but the only problem that we had was the loud noise of the elevators because we was on the first room next to the elevator and I couldn’t sleep the first night because of that noise. It was like someone was hammering all night. The next day I went to the Front Desk and they changed my room to lower floor. The rest was fine.

훌륭해요

This is a gorgeous and luxurious hotel but the only entertainment is the bar and pool. The problem is that the pool has poor lighting and it closes early at 10pm. Would be nice to keep pool bar open until midnight at least. There is not much to do on the strip for fun, so music and poolside bar entertainment until midnight would make for a great time at the hotel. 10 pm is too early to end a night of fun. A nice spa added to this hotel would make it complete for a stay in luxury. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Beautiful people at front desk, housekeeping, dinning, bar tending and even the wonderful valet team. Thank you all for a great stay.
