From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. What stood out most was that their hospitality was completely authentic—they were attentive, thoughtful, and gracious without ever making it feel like they expected anything in return. That kind of genuine service is rare and made our stay incredibly special. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The property is luxurious, impeccably maintained, and spotless. Every space reflects great attention to detail, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxing. The pools are pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning. Whether choosing from the delicious buffet or ordering from the à la carte menu, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. One of the things that makes Osh Hotel so unique is the complimentary activities they offer for guests. We especially enjoyed the pizza-making experience, watercolor painting using coffee as the medium, and even relaxing with complimentary poolside massages. These thoughtful touches made our stay feel even more memorable and showed how much the hotel values creating meaningful experiences for its guests. The location is another huge advantage. You're in the heart of one of Cartagena's trendiest neighborhoods. Wow is the word

El hotel está increíble, los restaurantes son excelentes y buen precio si vienes del exterior porque el cambio monetario favorece a las personas q viene en dólares. Vale la pena para venir en pareja de luna de miel o aniversario. Tranquilo, con trabajadores súper respetuosos y amorosos

This is a beautiful hotel , however rooms are a little small but the restaurant , drinks , and food is great the staff is very nice and for people that speak English they try they best to understand and help as much as possible.

The hotel was located in a great area. The staff was helpful and breakfast time was amazing. They have a buffet as well as menu where you can order what you want. We tried many things off of the breakfast menu and enjoyed it all. Lunch and dinner was a bit different. I personally did not have a good experience and the main issue seemed to be the same waiter now that I think about it. If you are having dinner in the evening by the pizza oven outdoors, beware, many many mosquitos. The rooms are pretty tight/ compact. Room amenities were not refilled unless we said something. The a/c in the room wasn't the strongest for the heat in Cartagena. The pools are pretty but there is no breeze what so ever. The water gets pretty warm since they are not so deep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I think it has many little things to work on.

Excellent staff, food and service. Definitely recommend this hotel. Will visit again soon.

Overall it was a great, the pool area , the rooms were comfortable and people were nice. I highly recommend it

This is a 5 star hotel! From beginning to end. Hospitality top notch. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Pool area is an oasis. I will definitely be back.

The decor at this hotel was phenomenal! Room was on the smaller side , I got the room with the balcony and outdoor tub. The tub was useless because the room was on the second floor and the balcony faced the street , everyone can see you ! The breakfast was free every morning and they had a small Buffett with fruit , bread , cereal and eggs, you could also order off of the menu …or do both ! The coffee was delicious!!! The hotel is right around the corner from a vibrant and bustling area . The town square is within walking distance. Getsimani had a lot to see and tons of restaurants! Also the walled city isn’t far from here ! It’s a very walkable area . A lot of people everywhere but still was pretty safe ! My only complaint was the hotel restaurant was a bit pricey compared to all the other restaurants in the area ! But hey all the breakfast was free and tasty !
