The room was extremely clean, Front desk was super nice and helpfull

The room was half cleaned to the point where really I should’ve been refunded for the room. The sheets were dirty as well as the floors and walls .

The hotel was amazing! The staff was very friendly and professional and our room was nice. The rooftop was Amazing as well! My only complaint was missing amenities in my room, like hand soap, shower mat, etc. Otherwise, excellent stay!

This was a very clean and beautiful hotel. Everyone working valet, bartender, and front desk staff was SO amazing. So friendly and welcoming, besides I believe her name was Joanne, which is pretty telling if I am explaining to staff an incident that happened with this person and they knew exactly whom I was talking about…yikes. I vape and my boyfriend and I had just checked in and put all of our stuff in the hotel room and we were walking out, I did have my vape in my hand and I know for a fact I did not hit my vape on our way out and “Joanne” yells from down the hall at me “there’s no vaping!” and I showed her the vape and said I was just holding it and she gives me a rude smirk and says “I can smell it”…okay well did you see it? Did you see smoke around me because if you could “smell it” then you would see it too. I had just sprayed body spray before walking out of our room mind you. It’s crazy for a staff member, who she looked like she was in a higher position in the hotel and was giving a tour, to so rudely and SO unprofessionally accuse a guest of something making them uncomfortable and embarrassing them without actually seeing it. She could have easily respectfully walked up to me to say something or ask. So basically she was terrible and that’s wild she would behave so poorly. I am respectful and knew the no vaping rules and standard and I follow those rules so for her to blatantly accuse a guest of something they didn’t so other than her everything was great.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the decor and all the photos, information and references to the building history. Our room was spacious and lovely and it was very quiet most of the time we were there.

The front desk clerk Dewayne was extremely helpful and professional and the valet team, especially Nate, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the surroundings area and gave outstanding recommendations on local restaurants.

The staff was very friendly!

Room was clean, staff very attentive. Valet was great. Close by to all things Detroit.
