Everything was fine except for the bathrrom shower. It looked dirty like it hadn't been cleaned. I took a shower with my slippers because I didnt want my feet to touch the shower floor.

Here is a polished version of your hotel review: We normally stay at Mandalay Bay when we visit Las Vegas, and overall, our stay was good. We don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel itself. However, on this particular visit, the lines to get into the elevators were extremely long. We had never experienced this before, and it was a bit frustrating, as it took about 15 minutes just to get on an elevator. We’re not sure what caused the delay, but aside from that inconvenience, everything else about our stay was enjoyable. We saw the Michael Jackson show which was amazing. I wish they would offer discounts for customers that are staying at the Mandalay. Great show but pricey.

Plan to wait in line for at least 1 hr to check in or if you have any questions and concerns about a bill or key card issue. IF you do self check-in make sure you know which tower you’re going to be staying. Also, check if the wave pool is open. It was closed due to being broken.

Overall not bad of a stay at Mandalay Bay. Remember it as a kid and it was most definitely nostalgic being back there. Wish the check-in process was a little more smooth. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Room was ok. Pools were a nightmare, except our cabana day. They’re crowded, feel dirty and shut down wave pool all day on a Saturday. You should not need to pay an extra thousand dollars for a cabana to have a good pool experience. Citizen for breakfast was disgusting and expensive.

Our very first time in Las Vegas we stayed their for 4 days 3 nights in your hotel.stay in the line for more than 30 minutes waiting to check in only 3 window open our kids stay at the mandalay tower facing the pool which is very nice the kids love it and we stayed at the W we did t really enjoyed it strip view but you can really see it since we are in 8th floor level and you’ll see the roof.and those days we stayed out room key never work in the parking lot so we had to call everytime we go out the parking lot we went to front desk and tell them about it and apparently it should be ok now but no it’s a hassle and embarrassing we hold lots of car behind us because our key rooms never work so we had to call and takes minute before they answer and open it for us.we enjoyed stay in Vegas despite of the weather being so hot we enjoyed it especially the kids but I know mandalay could do more better pricing other wise especially the market 4 small bag of chips 4 Pepsi bottles and 2 m&m for $95.not everybody can afford or want to don’t that much eacorcially those people was in the budget.but thank you for the good time

The mobile check-in from the app was extremely easy and convenient. They have a station to make your own keys if you would like a key that is not digital on your phone, and that was easy to use. The resort is beautiful and they have so many food options. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The AC in the rooms was not cool or strong enough for the Vegas heat. Also we had so many issues and confusion with our rooms and check in but it was resolved at check out ultimately appreciate the resolution provided
