Room was perfect and it was located dead smack center to everything. Well definitely be staying here on my next visit

You get what you pay for.

Rooms are big, which is great. Everything was awesome but the pillows, tiny and thin. Bedding looked like it was a bit small for mattress. Other than that, all was great.

Very good price considering the location and condition of the property. Everything was clean and in good condition. Recommended.

Some issues with the a/c Also could not print at Business center or the front desk. Front desk is a temporary set up and staff were on the 2nd Day not helpful. Check in staff were pleasant but offering extra services I did not need..

My reservation was booked Sunday-Thursday. We arrived at the hotel after midnight (12:15) When we went to check into the hotel we were informed that there had been a problem with our reservation and that we had been relocated to a different hotel. We had just taken an uber from the airport, which meant that we had to arrange another uber to a different hotel. The front staff was not very helpful or friendly. They just kept telling me that something happened in their system and could not give anymore information. The Courtyard told us that there was a room already reserved and had been paid for. We scheduled another uber to the new hotel. We arrived at the new hotel and they did NOT have a reservation for us. We had to call the Courtyard back and they told me that they were told that it had been arranged. After some discussion between the two hotels, the hotel got us into a room but I had to pay for it. The next morning I called to see if my room would be ready at the Courtyard and the front staff told me that check in is at 4! The person I talked to was not friendly. She told me that there was not much they could do. I asked for a reduced rate or something to offset the cancelled reservation. She said that the best they could do is comp the first night. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that she was the manager. We were happy with our room. It had just been remodeled. The rest of the stay was nice but very disappointed in how it started.

The rooms were clean. It was being remodeled the the lobby area. I would have liked to say in the lobby area. A little bit bigger, but the staff was great. It was a little pricey for breakfast. But the bagel was good. The starbucks was excellent.Air conditioning worked great, all in all.It was a good stay

Everything was great and I would stay at this location again. We had no issues elevator wait time, which was my one concern prior to arrival based off of other reviews.

A very clean, quiet and ideally located hotel in Mid- town. The in-room amenities are sparse ( not even a box of tissues in my bathroom) but I would stay again and bring my own next time! Good value!
