Convenient location! Hotel very clean and safe.

The room was comfortable, clean and had what we needed. It was pretty small, but thankfully had a refrigerator! Although we asked for a room with a view, our window looked across the hollow behind the elevator to another set of windows. They never came to clean the room or update the towels, and although we were supposed to get a bottle of wine, it never showed up. The bed was a bit hard, but relatively comfortable… but don’t roll over, the mattress squeaks against the headboard…. Oh, and the bathroom is so tight, it’s pretty hard to get the toilet paper, might want to take it off the holder and put it in the sink at the start of your stay.

The only thing I was missing is a place to hang some clothes. Even a hook would have helped. Other than that I loved the hotel

Hotel is very close walking to Quincy Market/Faneuil Hall. Conveniently located to the Harbor, Aquarium and North End. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Love this location and hotel! Always clean, only place we stay in Boston now.

This hotel is in a great location and is highly walkable with great food and the habour close by. There is a subway stop right outside that goes to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. My concern is that you have to tell the front desk everyday you want your room cleaned - not the night before or at the start of your stay - every morning. I asked why and they said that you are not disturbed but a do not disturb sign on the door would prevent that from happening. I could not help but wonder if this was just a money saving strategy. The hotel is looking a bit tired in the halls and walkways. The room amenities are pretty basic (e.g. no slippers).

This hotel is so conveniently located that we could easily return for a quick break while sight-seeing. It has an associated restaurant which was very good. Housekeeping is provided on request, we only used that for a change of towels, but could have requested full room clean each day. I will definitely stay again.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Great location. Quiet. Have stayed several times. Nice check out at noon & discounted parking close by.yeah
