만족해요 The breakfast was good.
Our "panoramic" room with balcony had a view of a chain link fence with razor wire.
The walls are "paper thin", any activity next door could easily be heard in our room.
There was a very loud party next door making it impossible to relax or sleep, especially when they tried to enter our room by mistake. The staff moved us to a different room and were quite helpful. If these issues are not important to you then this hotel a good choice.

그저 그래요 The room was small and felt claustrophobic. The walls are very thin. Our neighboring room had very loud residents and we could hear them fighting in there. As a family, we were scared that this could go south very fast, I went down to let the staff know and see if they could diffuse the situation. They heard me and said that the people in that room were down in their lobby area. As the residents were drunk and started their unruly behavior in the lobby, the staff sent them up to their room. Most certainly not a way to handle the situation. We reached out to Expedia to help us cancel the remaining nights and allow us to book elsewhere. They were not very helpful in the beginning, but eventually helped us out. I'd avoid this property if possible.

매우 훌륭해요 MI familia y yo estuvimos muy contentos por el trato de personal en general. Son personas honestas; se me perdio un sombrero y ellos lo encontraron y me lo guardaron. En otros temas; la limpieza y el personal son excelentes. Si voy a Medellin de nuevo me quedaria con ellos nuevamente sin pensarlo.
